Fliplo is a frame-by-frame animation app for iPhone and iPad. If something isn't working, or you have an idea, email us at mail@latenightbirds.com. Please include your device model, iOS version and the Fliplo version (Settings, at the bottom of the screen). We usually reply within two working days.

Common questions

How do I restore Fliplo Pro on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought Pro with, then open Fliplo, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchase. Pro is a one-time purchase and Family Sharing is supported.

What does the free version include?

Up to 48 frames and 3 layers per frame, every drawing tool, onion skin, and GIF and PNG export. Free GIFs carry a small "Made with Fliplo" watermark. Fliplo Pro removes the limits and the watermark and adds MP4 export, audio, the speed graph, frame filters and crossfade inbetweens.

Where do my exports go?

After an export finishes, tap Share to send it to another app or Save to Photos to keep it in your library.

Are my projects backed up?

Projects are saved on your device automatically. They are included in your device's iCloud or computer backup, but Fliplo does not sync projects between devices yet.

Fliplo said my projects couldn't be opened

If Fliplo can't open its project library, it keeps a copy of your projects on your device instead of deleting them and starts with an empty library. Email us and we'll help you recover them. Please don't delete the app, as that removes the copy.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
